Experiences behind the systems I build

My background spans entrepreneurship, business development, marketing, sales, creative production, education, web technology, and AI.

That range helps me understand more than the technology itself. I look at the business problem, the people involved, the existing workflow, the available tools, and the change required to turn an idea into something useful.

As Founder and CEO of Odin Hub, I learned how to shape services, find clients, lead delivery, manage operations, and make decisions with limited time and resources. Working across industries and countries also taught me how to communicate with different audiences and adapt quickly to unfamiliar problems.

Since 2023, my work has increasingly focused on AI strategy, intelligent automation, agentic systems, and AI-assisted product development.

Today, I work as an AI Solutions Architect, combining strategic discovery with hands-on building. I help organizations identify valuable AI opportunities, design practical systems, create working prototypes, and develop realistic paths toward adoption.

A constantly evolving toolkit

Hermes is my primary agentic environment. I also use Codex, Claude Code, Seedance, MiniMax, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and local models through llama.cpp, while continually testing emerging AI tools and selecting the best fit for each project.

The tools change quickly. My focus remains on choosing the right combination for the problem, workflow, privacy requirements, users, and intended outcome.

How I think about the work

  1. Start with the problem

    The technology should follow a clear understanding of the people, workflow, constraints, and desired outcome.

  2. Build the smallest useful system

    A focused system that works creates more value than an ambitious architecture that never reaches real users.

  3. Keep humans in control

    Agents can accelerate research, execution, and coordination. Accountability and final judgment remain human responsibilities.

  4. Use evidence to expand

    Prototype, observe, measure, and improve before increasing scope or complexity.

  5. Keep learning

    AI changes constantly. Ongoing experimentation helps separate useful capabilities from temporary excitement.
