Chams Pay
Offline-first school payment system for managing fees, receipts, cheques, and reporting.

Project overview
The project
Chams Pay is a bilingual, offline-first payment management application designed for Chams Al-Ouloum Private School in Morocco.
The system replaces a growing Google Sheets and Apps Script workflow with a structured application for managing student accounts, registration fees, monthly tuition, partial payments, advance payments, receipts, cheques, transfers, discounts, waivers, adjustments, reversals, and daily financial reporting.
The application is designed for approximately 500 students and a small administrative team working across phones and laptops. Core payment workflows remain available when internet connectivity is unreliable, allowing administrators to search cached records, record transactions, and generate receipts before synchronizing safely when connectivity returns.
The interface supports Arabic and French and is designed around the school’s existing processes rather than forcing administrators into a generic financial system.
